Dr. Kelly Renee Harmon, MD

Dr. K. Harmon is an excellent doctor. I am very critical about which medical providers examine children. Dr. Harmon was kind, polite, listened to her patients, and provided exceptional health care.

The wait times are ridiculous. I waited nearly 40 mins from the time I got into the room until the dr showed up . No one ever came in to check on us, so I thought for a little while that we might have been forgotten about. I typically wait about 30 mins from the time I get into the room until I see the dr. Also, every time we go, it seems like the nursing staff has totally changed. So I assume that people are constantly leaving and the morale seems low. We like Dr Harmon as a pediatrician, but everything else seems to have gone downhill.

We had the first appointment of the day. They didn't even unlock the lobby door until 4 minutes before appointment time. Receptionist kept referring to my daughter as a boy (she has long hair and was wearing pink).Waited in the dirty, dull waiting area for ever and left without seeing the doctor. How can a doctor be running late for the first appointment of the day?
