I never ever write reviews about my experiences but I thought this was an exception. After years of dealing with sinus issues and having a very bad experience with a previous doctor, it was nice and relieving to have a doctor who actually listened to me and expressed genuine interest in my problems. Dr. Hiatt is the kind of care provider we need more in this world. Thank you for treating your patients with exceptional care!

Prior to seeing Dr. Hiatt a few years ago, I had chronic and repeated sinus infections. After she performed surgery for turbinate reduction, deviated septum and cartilage replacement to prevent collapse..... I have never been better. Zero sinus infections since with several years and counting.

Dr. Hiatt was very friendly & took much time in explaining things to me & answering any questions I had. I did not want surgery & she supported me in my decision to wait & offered me an alternative so that I was comfortable. Her nurse was really friendly too & attentive to my needs with questions I called with after my visit. I will definitely continue to see Dr. Hiatt for my ENT care!
