Dr. Kelly John Koson, DO

I came into the E.R unsure if I was having a panic attack or heart attack (I'd had panic attacks before, but nothing had ever felt as intense as this). He treated me so rudely, as well as my fiance, and literally made me cry with his horrible attitude and treatment. He made comments such as "don't you see how she's acting" and "do you not understand the word oral?." The nurse was trying to defend him, and although he attempted to apologize, it seemed insincere to me.

This doctor specializes in Emergency Medicine. I had occasion to be asked to go pick up my neighbor at ER so that her mother-in-law could go home. This doctor's attitude was horrendous, to say it left a lot to be desired is an understatement. He was less than truthful, he treated her as an attention-seeking hypochondriac. I was NOT bashful about telling the ER nurse that he was in desperate need of an attitude adjustment. He covered his fanny in his dictation regardig her visit after the nurse obviously must have forewarned him. We have always had excellent care at Covenant HealthCare in Saginaw. It was a shock to encounter such a sorry excuse for a doctor at Covenent!!
