Dr. Kelly Anh Le, MD

We saw Dr. Le for almost two years for teenage acne. She cleared my son’s acne, we are very thankful. Additionally, I have had my own personal experience which was great. We were seen in a timely manner, and the nurse is caring every time. She patiently listens and responds appropriately.

Rushed me to ER, costed me almost $2,000 just because one visit to this doctor. I had mild chest/mid-back pain and was just wondering if there's anything related to my heart, although no other symptoms and being very much healthy. I came to this office and waited for a very long time. Then she came and said "please wait for another few minutes" then walked away for another long long time, probably with other patients. When she finally came, I described my concern and she said "yes, it's your heart", so get a heart test, then disappeared again. A nurse came back with the device to check my heart, but the device kept failing and printing out an incomplete result immediately every time. After 4 tries, she gave up and sent the prints out to the doctor anyway. After waiting again for a very long time, the doctor came back and said "you're going to have a heart attack!" She wanted me to see a Cardiologist or go to ER right away, Cardiologists are not available so I got panic and rushed to… ER. They said "nothing's wrong with your heart" but tested through anyway, and after all, defined everything's good.. This doctor did not spend time with me at all, rather running around with patients to make her best money.. then without discussing much, jumped to the conclusion. Her equipment was old and failed.. After all, she gave a false conclusion, scared me to death and cost me almost $2000 for the ER.

Dr. Kelly Le had been my wife family doctor for a year before too. By the way like her husband a clumsy dentist ( Pygmy) he had the same problem with customers .

DR LE IS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. ALL SHE CARES FOR IS THE MONEY AND THATS IT. RUDE TO STAFF IN FRONT OF PATIENTS. PRESCRIPTIONS NEVER GET SENT BY DR LE ON TIME BY DR EVEN IF SEEN THE SAME DAY SOMETIMES HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS. HAZEL IS GREAT, SHE GETS THINGS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND DONT HAVE TO KEEP CALLING HER TO GET THINGS DONE. OVERALL THIS OFFICE IS NOT A GOOD OFFICE TO GO TO AT ALL. EVEN WITH COVID 19 WAIT TIME IS STILL OVER 1.5 HRS AND LOBBY FULL OF PATIENTS WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. THIS DR HAS NO BEDSIDE MANNER AND FOR HER STILL WANTING TO SEE 30 PATIENTS A DAY EVEN WITH THE PANDEMIC MEANS THAT ALL SHE CARES FOR IS THE MONEY AND HERSELF.

The nurse/office manager by name of Rose has no customer experience, extremely rude and unprofessional to patients. The Doctor never answer questions, and attempts to redirect at any opportunity. They are not qualified. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE.

customer service is great front office staff to back office staff. phones get answered right away. Referrals get done in a timely manner. may have to wait a little bit longer than normal since its so busy, but other than that great staff. would definitely recommend Dr Le.

so far one of the best Dr's I've been to since moving to the area. The nurse Hazel is awesome with great personality and definitely love her puerto rican accent. They do get busy and may be a little difficult to schedule an appt, but can definitely work you in same day as walk in. would definitely recommend.

Please stay away from her i can't call her a doctor. She is the worst so called dr i ever met in my life. She comes in for litterly 2 to 5 minutes dose not listen is not concerned she runs right out. Horrible bed side manners. She has no interest in her patients only there money. Her and her office staff is HORRIBLE and if you have a true blue EMERGENCY they dont even tey to help you. They take months for any type of referral and also refilling. Your medication. I have never left a review for any business ever. But if i can save someone from going to see kelly lee i will do the best i can to help someone with there life. Kelly lee may not care about anyone but i do! Save your money and most importantly you LIFE.

Yes , she only care to make $$$ not patient. Exactly same her husband a Dentist next door of her office .This guy is a big rip-off and fxxx liar
