We have seen Dr Kelly Look for two of our four children, and would continue to be in her practice if our insurance had not changed. We enjoyed the care we were given with Dr. Kelly for twelve years, she was always warm and engaging from the moment she entered the room. My children span the ages of 16 to newborn and she is very knowledgeable towards each age group. I found her easy to speak to about childhood concerns without feeling overwhelmed with medical lingo. Over the years we had to trouble shoot many different childhood scenarios, and whether by phone or in person I always felt she was genuinely invested in our children's health.

I went to see her for my 3 yo who had 104 fever during flu season and she sent him home without testing for flu. He was diagnosed with flu 3 days later and got pneumonia which coul have been avoided if she had done her job and given him flu viral medicine.
