I hadn't been experiencing acute pain in my groin area for several years. I went to see several doctors and none of them could discover what the problem was. After meeting with Kelly, she initiated a physical exam and was able to help me locate the area of pain and referred me to a specialist. At the time of my exam, the pain was so great that I was wearing women's underwear to help keep everything from moving around in my groin area. They were given to me by you female cousin. Obviously, it was not something that a man would want people to know about. Kelly was professional enough not to make any lewd or rude comments about the panties that I had on. She just asked me how it helped to ease the pain and after explaining she said she understood. Thanks to Kelly's caring and professional attitude I was able to have surgery to remove the hernia and I am better today.
