Dr. MacIver has been exposed to diverse goals and values since she was a girl growing up in Milwaukee, where she enjoyed both the tranquil state parks and the bustling downtown entertainment venues along with Lake Michigan’s summer festival culture. There was something to enjoy about every season and type of person — especially those rare types who enjoyed reading medical encyclopedias with her.

It was not surprising that her pre-college personality test matched her with the health care industry. She knew the allopathic route was not for her but was highly intrigued with holistic approaches — so intrigued that she completed her BS and DC degrees at Life University simultaneously.

For Dr. MacIver, the key to wellness is prevention, and …she promotes all the things we all need to stay healthy so as not to fight illness unnecessarily. She and her husband stay on top of the latest nutritional research by following YouTube health influencer channels and exercising regularly. They also spend a lot of time outdoors gardening and tending their chicken flock.

Since earning her Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. MacIver has treated over 5000 patients while specializing in nutritional counseling and Prenatal-Webster Technique.
