They make it so hard just to make an appointment. You can never get a real person on the phone. Their answering machine says they will call back "at end of day" in order to make an appointment. It's been 4 days and no one calls back. My husband walked in to make an appointment and the staff was so rude. They wouldn't let him make an appointment there and he had to leave his number so they could call him back just to make an appointment and still took another 2 days to hear back from them.

Dr. Kelly McKerahan’s staffs provide very poor service. They are rude, and unprofessional. They do not want to serve minorities and Dr. McKerahan’s staffs discriminated against me (I have an accent and with an Asian last name). In January 2023, I called to set-up an appointment for a physical check-up. The Clerk that answered the phone at the extension 101 (Appointment Line) told me to go on the website to fill out the New Patient Form, and then call back to set-up the appointment. I did the Pre-Registration, and then called the next day to set-up the appointment. The same Clerk answered the phone, but told me that she had to call my health insurance first to verify my eligibility, and she would then call me back to set up the appointment. However, the Clerk never called me back. I did not hear from her, so I called back several times, but all I got was the answering machine at extension 101. On February 15, 2023, I finally dialed extension 105 and asked to speak to the… manager, but the Clerk hung up on me. I tried to call back, but the Clerk would not answer the phone. I have never encountered something like this before. Dr. Kelly McKerahan’s staffs are rude, behave unprofessional, and blatantly discriminate against minorities.

I have been a patient of Dr. McKerahan for close to 20 years. I have found him to be a knowledgeable and caring doctor that spends time with, and listens to his patient’s needs and concerns. I never feel rushed, and appointments are timely. Having a long lasting relationship with a doctor is important to me, and being treated as an equal makes the experience of a doctor visit enjoyable.

After trying to find a primary physician for the past couple of years that has time to take care of my medical needs, I was pleasantly surprised to find a Dr. that actually listened and tried to alleviate my medical issues. Dr. McKerahan spent time without rushing through my appointment, unlike my past experience with doctors in Temecula. I finally found a doctor that is just as caring as the one I had to leave behind upon the move from Illinois a few years ago. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor that is truly listening to you and actually does what is medically needed. Also, the staff is very polite and friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr. McKerahan for 20 years. He is always thorough with care and takes the time to discuss whatever concerns I have. He has a great sense of humor and makes visits comfortable. I cannot imagine a better doctor and will be with him forever if I can.

Dr. Mckerahan's office staf is very nice and attentive and the visit was very comfortable and informative. Dr. McKerahan always takes the time to discuss issues and answer questions with you. You get a genuine sense he cares and you don't feel rushed! I highly recommend Dr. McKerahan and his staff.

Dr. McKerahan is helping me, through his high-tech equipment and amazing skills, take years off my face. I love him, his staff and this non-invasive procedure!
