Prescribes med without seeking alternatives, wants to see you every 3 months if you are on meds, terrible disposition and seems to be looking at patients as a cashflow. I changed doctors and I was taken off of all the meds she prescribed.

Very happy to have Dr Moorhead as my new primary. It is convenient that her husband works there. He saw me when I had a cold. I like them both!

I am a long time patient of Dr Moorhead's. She always listens to my issues and has been very helpful when needed. I never have any problems getting in same day if needed. Dr Moorhead always will get me in even if she is fully booked. The front office staff is always friendly and I am greeted, usually by name, as I walk in the door. They have recently gone back to private practice and the entire atmosphere of the office has changed and is more patient friendly. I would and have referred family and friends to see Dr Moorhead.

I got my new Medicaid card and it had Dr. Moorhead's name on it. In the past I have been very dissatisfied with the doctors they put on my card, but she was okay! The office staff was obviously busy but took the time to explain all the paperwork (which was a lot). I am 24 years old and I was diagnosed with diabetes during my visit by Dr. Kelly. Of course I was devastated because I try to eat well and exercise, but diabetes is in my family. Both Dr. Kelly and her nurse took the time to explain the condition and really comfort me because I was feeling so down as soon as they told me. My appointment was scheduled at 10am, and I waited in the waiting room for about 15 minutes, but other than that I am very pleased with my new doctor and the office.

She used to be my doctor years ago. She had a nasty attitude then and I'm sorry to see she has not changed. If you are fortunate enough to be able to see her husband I'm quite sure (if her attitude hasn't rubbed off on him) you'll have a more compassionate and intelligent medical professional to help you.

This practice is a husband and wife recently dropped by the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. They refer to thier being dropped as being a tier two facility. While on hold you'll hear abour beauty treatments. While you wait you'll hear every detail of the previous patient's three-minute appointment. (Sorry to the guy with stomach cancer. I heard the details. I truly hope for the best for you and your family) You're forty-five minutes past your appt time now, and the doctor comes in. You refresh her memory about what you saw her for because she took, apparently... No notes! It's been a week and a half since she said she'd call in the referral and you've checked in with Northeast Ohio's best neurologist. You still can't feel your left foot or hand. That numb patch in your upper right chest? They've heard nothing from her... Run as fast as you can if you're looking for a doctor to help with real medical issues.

the office staff is so rude, like they are being put out for asking them a question or for calling in! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Practically an employee of medicare. Spent ten minutes with my wife, seven to eight on computer. Kept asking questions she should have answered like, 'Why didn't you have...?' instead of ordering. Argued rather than answered. At one point put the stethoscope disc against my wife's vein as if listening for her pulse and didn't even have the earpieces in her ears. In waiting room, I noticed that patients went in happily expectant and came out hangdog. It's unfortunate that there are no negative stars.

Dr Kelly has been my Doctor for over 10 years. She listens and if you need more time with her, all you have to do is ask. Her front office group are great. Very kind and fun. Dr Kelly is an honest and straight forward Doctor. If you sincerely care about your own health and well being, you will get the same treatment from her. You get what you give! Excellent treatment from Dr Colin Moorehead as well.
