Great Doc. Very friendly and gets to the point. Goes above and beyond with explaining in layman terms and follows up with personal written letters. So glad we found him.

will never ever go to this doctor or this facility again. Doctor Nelson was very rude and arrogant. Acted like I was wasting his time by being there. I have never had such a bad experience with a doctor before. My last trip to Medexpress and this doctor

This guy is inconsiderate, rude and arrogant. Do not go to him. It is all about the money not patient care! Avoid him if possible.

I went to this doctor because I had a nail fungus on some of my toes. Dr. Nelson was rude and practically laughed at me. He told me to go home and put some nail polish on them, and he added that my insurance probably wouldn't pay for the medicine anyway. Of course, I was charged for the visit. My insurance would have paid for the medicine that he would not prescribe for me and the fungus ended up spreading to all of my nails. Yeah, he probably didn't think my problem was serious but now it is. If I could have rated him a zero on everything I would have.
