Very bad doctor she doesn't listen to patients and they pay the price. She doesn't run test she should. My family member was misdiagnosed many times by her to later find out they had cancer.

I love Dr. O'Malia and the staff at Cleveland Clinic Madison. My only complaint would be that they are so busy you are put on hold every single time you call. I would definitely suggest MyChart for anyone who is a Cleveland Clinic patient, it is extremely helpful and convenient, there is even an app where you can message the doctor or get Rx renewals! Saved me having to call many times. Other than that I have no complaints.

Dr. O'Malia treated me as if I was stupid and misdiagnosed me.

She is void of compassion. Completely disinterested in the wellness factor of my life and ability to regain autonomy and independence. Probably okay if you just have a case of the sniffles or infected hang nail.

I moved from a large city and didn't expect what I found when I started seeing Dr. O'Malia. The office is high tech, and Dr. O'Malia is very up to date on the latest medical diagnosis and treatments. Everyone I have spoken to in the office is professional and kind. Because Dr. O'Malia is so popular it can be difficult to get in but the staff will do their best in the case of an emergency. I am so happy to have found Dr. O'Malia!

called in for an emergency appointment,was very sick and was told I should have called at 8 am for an appointment.I was never informed of this when I first went to this doctor and am angry that my illness was dismissed out of hand because they are too busy to see me!

very unhelpful to patient needs, listens but does not "Hear" and extrememly superior. Is not interested at all in aiding the pt with thier needs when it would be her job or the job of her staff to get information out. Office is very unprofessional.

She's such a sweet woman, and acts in a very professional manner. She'll take as much time as you need and give you direct, well understood answers.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. O'Malia to someone. I've been going to her since she was in Orwell. She's an amazing doctor. She never makes me feel rushed, she's caring, considerate, and patient. I'm grateful to have such a good doctor. Her staff is fun, engaging, and easy to talk to.
