Dr. Kelly Jo Parling Lynch, DO

I’d give this woman zero stars. She has absolutely no empathy, compassion for patients. Everything is on her timeframe. Don’t bother asking questions, she becomes very annoyed & snaps back rudely. She’s in the wrong field to be practicing any sort of medicine. She’s more a business woman which you are only a number & she doesn’t care. My father was curable but this woman takes her time putting things off as long as possible. I blame her for letting it get to where he is with a prognosis of a few months to live. If you value your family, stay away from her. She’s cold, callous & the worst Oncologist practicing. I can’t believe her licence hasn’t been revoked. I have no problem standing up to her & will advocate for the care my father should’ve received to begin with. Spare your loved ones from this person & take them elsewhere.

She was my father's oncologist when he had stage 4 cancer. The RUDEST healthcare "professional" I've ever been around. I asked her if there were any alternate medicinal options for my father and she said "If you think you can do better, check him out of here and take him to another hospital". RUDE RUDE RUDE. She also just pretty much gave my dad all the opioids he wanted and let him drift off into the sunset. Not sure how she still is practicing.

I saw Dr. Lynch and was very impressed. I didn’t expect much since her reviews were so bad. Instead I was very impressed with the time she took with me, calming and reassuring me. She is knowledgeable and current. She had good eye contact and compassion. She treated me as part of the decision making team. I am confident in my care. Dr. Lynch is proactive in making sure that accurate labs are run so that the best course of medicine can be taken for the best results. I was very happy and confident.

I saw Dr. Lynch at cancer and hematology in Holland which always seemed to be overly busy with not enough staff/doctors. Dr. Lynch seemed to always be rushed and even get annoyed with my many questions. She lacked the empathy for a recovering cancer patient. I had many questions and worries which at times of course were exaggerated but a good doctor can empathize and help put the worries at ease not treat you like you don’t have valid concerns. I know my body and it seemed i always had to push for appropriate care. Her nurse practitioner Tami is amazing though and so was my nurse

My mother has been a patient of Dr Lynch for the past 1 1/2 years. Dr. Lynch has zero compassion or bed side manners! My mom's meds have been mixed up a few times and I called the manager 5 1/2 hours ago about meeting over my concerns. I didn't receive a call back so I came in and have been sitting here for 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting to discuss the inadequacy of Dr Lynch and now the manager. Please look at reviews and educate yourself before picking Dr Lynch as your health provider!

you are just a number, not a person with a life to live - find a doctor who cares about you.

I am a young patient and was diagnosed in another state. I had a wonderful Oncologist who took time to answer my questions and made me feel as if she cared about my true quality of life. I moved to Holland MI and started seeing Dr. Lynch. I was not impressed with her as a doctor and requested to switch to another provider. Dr. Lynch was rushed, and did not seem to know anything about my health history. As a cancer patient, I hang on every word that my doctor tells me and I expect that they will know my health history and know what is best for my future. However, she did not seem to recall anything about me or my health history, nor did she seem interested. She was unable to answer questions that I had, nor did she offer to research and find the answers for me. I felt that she should have referred me to another doctor who had a specialty background in my type of cancer and situation, as she openly stated she was not sure. I had to do my own research and eventually found a much… more competent, caring, and compassionate doctor. Dr. Lynch seemed burnt out and uninterested. I left my appointment crying.

Horrible people person, incompassionate. Look for a new dr she doesn't wanna be bothered with anyone asking her questions and almost get irritated when you ask questions to try to understand what going on. I'm shocked because I just wanted to understand about what's going on with my fathers cancer and she completely was unprofessional and I still don't understand what is going on fully.

I work in the medical field and needed a prescription filled. She called and was irritated that I needed her help. After my request, I told her I appreciated her calling me. *click* She hung up on me. This wasn't a request for me, it was a request for her patient. I'm disappointed that a physician can be so rude to someone trying to help their patient. I always try to be professional, I expect that from physicians too. Hanging up on someone is not professional.
