Dr. Kelly Phommahaxay, MD

Dr. Kelly Phommahaxay is a family medicine physician with 12 years of experience caring for patients of all ages. She earned her medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and completed her residency training at the Duluth Family Practice Center. Her comprehensive training in family medicine allows her to provide primary care services for individuals and families throughout their lives.

Dr. Phommahaxay practices at multiple locations including San Diego and La Mesa, California, as well as Custer, South Dakota. She has experience treating upper respiratory infections and managing respiratory problems in patients. Dr. Phommahaxay also focuses on addressing frequent infections in children and provides preventive care services such as flu vaccinations and routine urine testing.
