Dr. Kelly Aaron Probst

I would not recommend this doctor. He was not compassionate about delivering new diagnosis. He did not get back about lab results that were abnormal and highly concerning. No sympathy or compassion. Seemed to be in a rush. Very impersonable when delivering bad news. Had to get his attention to ask questions. Horrible experience. Would not recommend this doctor to anyone who has health concerns other than something that just needs a band aid on a scratch. I would not recommend trusting this doctor with your health.

This was my new primary care doctor. I took me two and a half weeks to get an appointment with him. I put on my appointment that I wanted to get testosterone injections or patch because I have had two labs done for low testosterone. I showed up to the appointment and he told me my hematocrit was high and if I got injections I would be at risk for a heart attack or stroke. It could be from a tumor in the brain. The doctor told me I need to get more labs done. I asked him if he looked at my chart before the appointment. He told me a couple of days ago. I then asked him why he didn't just order the labs then, especially if it could be a brain tumor! Now I have to get labs done at 8am and set another appointment thst will be two to three weeks more. He never answered me, acted like he was "above" me. Told me straight to my face to find another provider. He obviously didn't know I have end stage osteoarthritis in both shoulders and need full replacements at 37 years old. No orthopedic… surgeon will touch my shoulders until I'm 50 years old, except Kaiser or I would switch providers. They don't care about there patients, all the care about is to prolonging diagnoses to make it worse, creating more appointments than necessary to make more money.

Dr. Probst is an excellent physician who truly cares about his patients. He is a friendly, professional, kind expert who listens carefully, asks questions and truly listens to the answers. I have a mysterious condition, and Dr. Probst AND Kaiser Permanente care enough to continue to test to uncover it's cause. Together, I know we all work together to uncover the cause and find a cure. I know I'll get my life back and I trust Dr. Probst to help show me the way.
