Kelly H. Simpson, MD

I've been seeing allergists for most of my life (I'm nearly 50), and Dr. Simpson is hands down the worst experience I've ever received. Her office is nearly impossible to contact without navigating labyrinthine phone trees. Her schedulers rarely actually understand her schedule, and even when they do, it changes without warning. Her treatment practices are so risk-averse it's hard to imagine they are in the patient's best interest, rather than just CYA. To top it off, her office staff is rude to an unbelievable level--even mocking phone calls in front of other patients. Her practice is a shot farm--she really only wants to see you for allergy shots--it'll be practically impossible to see her for any other reason, and even then her inflexible schedules and terrible staff will grate on most people. Go literally ANYWHERE else. I wish I had.

Dr Simpson is a very thorough doctor who listens and understands her patients needs.
