Dr. Kelly Meghan Wren, MD

As someone who has the ability to work with good, friendly patients who are seeking help at our office for injuries, etc. I enjoy helping them to feel better, as do our doctors in our firm. I can't take this any longer; we have had more patients come in to our office and hear "kelly wren" (I too will not use dr) and state they had gone to Vista East/formerly Victory Hospital, and have the unfortunate incident of having this woman as their "dr". We have had so many patients come in with injuries of one sort or another that SHOULD have been attended to by this "dr". The physicians and nurses, physical therapists, etc. are tired of hearing the name Kelly Wren as being the one that sadly pushed/pulled/etc. on broken bones, despite the patient stating to this 'dr' that this is where their injuries are at. Patients coming to see a physician obviously have a medical issue that needs to be addressed, not criticized, treated like garbage, or not even given the proper medical treatment of… ordering X-rays, proper scans, etc. Instead, we are seeing them at a higher rat than ever, and the name we have been hearing over and over is "dr" Kelly Wren. Physicians are tired of her, professional medical personnel are tired of her, her rudeness, rough exams, and horrible attitude. We highly suggest to this hospital that they dismiss this person, as she certainly does not what it takes to be a caring, professional medical 'dr'.

I was brought in my ambulance with chest pains, vertigo, among other issues. I was unfortunately assigned this person that somehow is still employed as a dr. The moment she came into my room, she was nasty, rude, the areas where I have had open wounds from many surgeries she pushed on extra hard, I had an open, bleeding wound on my neck. She refused to even address that. I passed out on the floor from a massive vertigo attack, two great male nurses came over right away, as I had hit the floor so hard, the nurses said they could hear me hit the floor from the other side of the room. The two gentleman helped to get me back awake, and up to my gurney. This so called Kelly Wren, I also will not use the word "dr" was called over and immed. states that I was "faking it" and nudges me with her FOOT. States why am I laying on the filthy dirty floor in the dirty hospital! Then I heard her (those who have had the disadvantage of dealing w/her know that voice) trying to talk to the other nurses… who either aided me or witnessed the incident, to get them to say I "faked it". 24 hours later, my entire left arm, shoulder and side of my head is swollen, possibly fractured, but this woman states I purposely did this. Vertigo runs in my family. I could not help this happened. This is why I had sought help from 911 who were great, then the hospital. This so called dr need not be dealing with the public; one must have the proper mental etiquette in order to deal with patients at their most vulnerable times. She thinks nothing more of them than to insult the patients, me and the other patients in there, use her FOOT to try to move me while 2 dear nurses were trying to help me, and her all around demeanor is of someone who is extremely disturbed and should be nowhere near the public in an ER at any time from now on. As of this writing, I can only use one arm from the very serious fall, & the upper admin. of the hospital has a message from me waiting from them. I have the ability to see, due to my credentials, what legal suits have been brought against this hospital, let's just say that if Vista East were to fire this horrendous woman, it will indeed same them quite a bit of insurance and financial awards to berated patients of this woman.

I totally agree with the other review. Kelly (I won't even give her the distinction of doctor) is cold and impersonal. People come to the ER and are vulnerable & scared. A doctor should have a certain level of delicateness. She got 2 stars because she the workup she ordered was thorough. I overheard her talking about my deceased family members and laugh. I overheard her talking about another patient in a disrespectful tone. If i happen to come back to that ER I pray that there's another doctor to request.

An ambulance brought me to the ER at Genesis with what an MRI would show in a few days was a completely slipped disc in my spine. I was in a great deal of pain, and she told me to 'calm down' very rudely while PUSHING on the part of my back where the disc had slipped. The nurses at Genesis were just as awful as the doctor. They sent me home with some medication and took no further steps to help me. I didn't even have a ride home when they kicked me out, and I couldn't walk a step. I was treated like dirt; it was the most awful experience in my life. This woman doesn't deserve to practice medicine.
