I was not treated for pain management . I was prescribed EXPENSIVE creams, injections were shoved at me. When trying to discuss issue with management the words shut up were used. I do not recommend this clinic

Professional and very confident. Doesn't mince words to try and protect feelings over being honest. I like that. He has kind of an assembly line approach, but I cut him slack for this after seeing the packed waiting room. Besides, his very knowledgeable and friendly staff easily fill in any void. I would highly recommend Dr. Zach to a friend or family member, and I don't do that often.

Read your own MRI results and see if they match up with what you are being told. Look at what other normal treatments for what conditions you have are, and see if you're being given less. If so, be your own advocate and see a real neurosurgeon. A "specialist" should be able to spot painful and spinal abnormal conditions without you explaining your own MRI. There should be no reason I was overlooked with the amount of information given on MRI alone. Other people that have less going on in their spine are treated more aggressively for their conditions. I was treated with nothing.. and had very high hopes for this last resort before more surgeries considering I have chronic pain and pretty significant abnormal spine issues. Be your own Advocate! Go to a real specialist! Obtain a copy of your MRI and make sure you know exactly what you have before this "specialist" tells you that they don't see it. Age, gender, or job should not have mattered. I should have been treated the way anyone… else is treated that comes in with the conditions that I have if you read my MRI. With a plan, help for the pain, and a clue to what I have going on. Common Sense would tell you all of the things I had on my MRI are painful, nothing was done about it. After several phone calls finally said would do an epidural on just one part... Did not at all address any of the other issues shown. Pretended they weren't there. Disappointing and waste of more time I didn't have while suffering.
