Summary

Well, all of that sounds hard, and I'm SO proud for you to take time for yourself to see if things can be different and better for you.
In therapy, we work within 3 major questions: Where am I now? Where am I going? How do I want to get there? I aim to use my direct, supportive, and validating style of communication and reflection to help clients discover their answers to these questions. I utilize mixes of cognitive behavioral theory (active listening, thought reframing, problem-solving, perspective-taking, coping …skills, self-care activities) and self-determination theory (connection to others, autonomy) to help clients reestablish balance, vibrance, control, and success in their daily lives.
