Kelsey Sokol, MD

Dr. Kelsey Sokol is a medical oncologist and hematologist who specializes in treating cancer and blood disorders. She earned her medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and completed her residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in 1990. Dr. Sokol furthered her training with a fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, also completed in 1990. With 36 years of clinical experience, she brings extensive expertise to cancer care. She is fluent in English.

Dr. Sokol practices at Stamford Hospital in Stamford, Connecticut. Her clinical focus includes treating breast cancer and complex cases involving metastatic or recurrent breast cancer. She also has expertise in managing Paget disease of the breast, a rare form of breast cancer. Her practice utilizes comprehensive diagnostic testing including complete blood counts and metabolic panels to monitor patient health throughout treatment.
