Dr. Kelton Wade Lundsberg, MD

Dr. Lundsberg is a great Doctor, but the phone system is the worst. Sometimes you just have to drive to the clinic to get answers because they don't answer their phones. This is not Dr. Lundsberg fault. The IHC bean counters don't allow enough staff to answer the phones and they don't allow you to ever talk directly to a doctor.

Dr. L has been my PCP for nearly 20 years. Pros:Great bedside manner, takes his time with you, is very thorough, good diagnostician. Cons: It has become hard to schedule appts. within a reasonable time frame, it takes days to get prescriptions refilled and phone calls returned. I refer people to him in the past, but will no longer do so.

I feel like Dr. Lundsberg put me at ease and made me feel like he wasn't pushing through fast. He is a great doctor and has had a lot of experience over many years. I was recommended to him from my Endocrinologist due to not having a PCM at the time.

Called Dr. Lundsberg about an emergency situation with my father. Impossible to reach him. When he finally called and just left a voice mail on his phone, he told him to not do anything until he spoke to him. Never bothered to call him back until two days later on a Sunday before 8:00 am and again just left a voice mail. What happened to bedside manner?

Dr. Lundsberg will keep working with you until he can find a solution to your problem.

I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Lundsberg and/or Patti. They have been most kind and supportive for both my health care and that of my husband. Dr. L, you really are the best and Patti, you two work so well together. Thanks.

Well I would like to say if you need a refill and he is out of town good luck. Ohh and also dont ask the nurse to try to get your Medicine or you wont get them infact they will just let you go and pass you off to nobody that means your cut off... Good luck

My husband and I switched to Dr. Lundsberg after becoming disenchanted with our then current Doctor's hasty and soul-less visits. We we're recommended to Dr. Lundsberg by a doctor friend of ours. On our first "get-to-know-you" visit, Dr. Lundsberg spent an hour with my husband and a little longer for me. He kept asking "what else" and actually wanted us to tell him everything and anything we could possibly remember about our past health. In doing so, he suspected that my husband might have a hole in his heart. Turns out, after many tests that indeed he did and not only did he have a hole but a very sizeable hole and had been having strokes too. He has now had it closed and is doing very well. I think the most important skill a physician can have is listening to their patients and Dr. Lundsberg listens very well. We have never felt rushed in his office and we have never felt puzzled by any conclusions or thought processes by him as he does a wonderful job of walking you through each… elimination or possibility. I don't have quite as black and white issues as my husband, but I at least feel now that I have a doctor who is listening and cares and is turning over stones for me. It's hard to find a good doctor who actually listens these days and although every doctor can miss things, I find Dr. Lundsberg to be humble and human enough to help minimize these mistakes. Thanks Dr. Lundsberg for all you do and a big thank you to your staff for their professionalism.
