Marchele Center, NP-C

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Marchele Center and NP-C. I’ve been on the same medication for years and have always done a yearly check-up to get my prescriptions refilled without issue. Six months ago, I had my regular visit, expecting my prescription refills to last until my next annual appointment. Now, out of nowhere, they’re refusing to refill my medication unless I come back in for another appointment. This feels like an unnecessary and frustrating requirement, especially since there’s been no change in my health or medication. It’s clearly a departure from the efficient care I’ve received in the past and feels more like a money grab than concern for my well-being. I’m incredibly disappointed with how they’ve handled this, and it’s made me question if I’ll continue with their services in the future.
