Dr chow is very kind and makes you feel comfortable. I have extreme medical anxiety but he made the process so easy. Recommended 100%

This place is a colonoscopy factory- cold, unconcerned about patient welfare- waited a month for results and appointment - Dr Chow had one foot out the door before the visit even began- did not address my ongoing issues - terrible bedside manner- will never go back

The front office staff is very unprofessional and rude. I will never go back. They dictate to you what they want you to do not what your referring doctor requested .

Enjoy the doctors here, but the front office staff is terrible to deal with. I’ve been an ongoing patient but had two terrible experiences with them this year and both times I’ve spoken with someone they’ve treated me like an imbecile and they’ve been completely unhelpful. They don’t return calls and when you finally get someone, they bite your head off for wanting an appointment — even when your GP has demanded you be seen immediately. Rude behavior coupled with incompetence shouldn’t be tolerated.

Chow was too rough and no bedside manners. No explaining, impatient. I'll never go back...Saw him once, but he billed my Insurance for 10 visits.

The prep nurses were great the doctor didn't even wait to begin until I was given seditive
