Dr. Ken Hsin, MD

I have been seeing Dr Hsin for several years. He has always been very supportive of me getting the medicine I need to deal with my chronic pain. His office staff is friendly and always ready to listen to what I have to say. Follow up by his staff has always been wonderful whether it has to do with needed refills or worries over my pain.

I saw this doctor a few years ago about chronic undiagnosed pain. I had blood work showing something was off but no one could figure it out. Even though I was in daily agony, Dr. Hsin refused to give me any medication. I have since been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Unfortunately, my mother is now forced to see him. Despite having rheumatoid arthritis for 10 years and being on pain medication for that time, he refuses to give her any. No empathy. Doesn’t deserve to be a doctor in this field.

Don't expect relief from pain if you see Dr Hsin, he'll promise relief, make you jump through hoops and do nothing. In my case he chose to ignore 14 months of treatment with a real pain mngt doctor and refused to prescrie a maintenance dose, or weaning dose, instead forced me to go cold turkey risking dangerous withdrawal symptoms and not even caring about my chronic pain. Im forced to spend numerous wasred hours in the ER to get temporart relief and he still refuses to treat the injury i was referred to him for.

Absolutely the worst doctor ever seen. He didn't ask questions, he decided what I needed and it was nothing. Have stroke pain and he just passed me by.
