Dr. Ken-Ryu Han

Had a vasectomy here about 3 weeks ago and still in a lot of pain. My vasectomy appointment was rescheduled a total of four times, which should have been my first red flag. Trying to call the office and speak to someone is impossible, as you are routed to an answering service in the Philippines or somewhere else. Dr. Han did a closed ended no scalpel vasectomy that is still very painful and I think inflamed or infected, but I can’t get an appointment to see him since he is so busy. I was scheduled to see a PA, who didn’t seem to know what the issue was and said just to wait longer to see if it heals up. I cannot recommend this Arizona Urology Specialist, as they have had very poor service all the way along. Dr. Han has become impossible to schedule with and I no longer want to set up any appointments and pay the copay for the PA that doesn’t offer me any info on the real issue, which I think is Epididymydis from the closed vasectomy. Also not sure why it was an open ended vasectomy ,… as I have read is the gold standard and creates much less Post Vasectomy Pain. Office staff is also not the best either. I guess I will be having to do my follow up and treating my complications of my vasectomy from Dr. Han elsewhere smh.

Wasted my time with office visits and unnecessary procedure. I was in horrible pain and he couldn’t figure out why. Has no knowledge and bad bed side manner. Wasted two months going to him. Went to another doctor and he figured out in one minute what was wrong and why I was in pain. Beware!

Dr Han was prompt in my wait time in the exam room he has a great bedside manner polite and ask very straight forward probing questions about my illness he explained it completely anwsered every one of my questions directly then explained my options so I could make an informed decision about treatmant

dr han is a great doctor....sometimes doctors can't always make you well but dr han tries....ic is very difficute to treat and there are no real cures....i feel he is kind, caring and very knowleable about his treatment and speciality....

Dr. Han explains everything thoroughly,and spends time explaining everything, he is truly wonderful

Dr. Han did not return my calls to his afterhours line when I was in crisis and totally abandoned my care.

Insincere, uncaring doctor.

Minor issue was the wait time - I guess it's the norm these days with any doctor visits. Otherwise, I have a favorable impression of the office staff and physician

The appt was very easy to get. I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours after my primary care doctor recommended that I go see a urologist. The staff was courteous. My only negative comment was about the 20 to 30 minute wait. Otherwise, I was satisfied.
