My therapeutic approach is highlighted through a person-centered, solution-focused approach by helping identify individual strengths and increase self-esteem/confidence. In my role as a therapist, I aim to help clients foster meaningful relationships with self and others, develop interpersonal skills, work through trauma, develop healthy and positive thought patterns, navigate the complexities of grief and pain, and provide guidance through life transitions.
