Dr. Hall is such a loving, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and dun doctor. She tries to help the kids not be scared of the doctor. She does truly care about her patients, and wants the best for them. She does listen, and tries to find solutions for issues as early as possible. I highly recommend her.

As a mother of 4 who has had a few pediatricians over time due to moving etc, she is without a doubt the best for my kids. I promise you will not find a more compassionate doctor than Dr. Kendra Hall. You can tell she takes her time getting to know each of my kids everytime we are there to establish a good relationship with both me and them. I know my kids are more than an appointment to her and talking with other moms they feel the same way. I trust her judgment as she sites evidence based research and in terms I understand. If you are a mom and you want the best, then look no further! A+

My child had been sick for 2 1/2 months. At first we brought her to two urgent cares and OSF with no luck for treatment. Everything she was given failed to work. We then went to Kendra Hall and my daughter was diagnosed with Pneumonia and a double ear infections (that she had for 2 1/2 months), she prescribed her 4th antibiotic and her 2nd round of steroids. She went back for a check up, and my daughter was still bad but she proceeded to tell us that everything would work its self out and didn't do anything else to make my daughter better. She didn't run any more tests. She didn't give her anything stronger to get rid of the double ear infection that she still had.. By the next morning my daughter was running a 103.1 fever and was admitted to the hospital for RSV and low oxygen levels. Because of Kendra Halls lack of treatment my child could have died. She was on an oxygen mask for two days and received three injections for her infection. After a week she is finally doing better.

If you want a doctor that really care about your kids, do not come here.

i am a first time mom with a 13 month old daughter. I interviewed Dr. Hall during my pregnancy and was very happy with the care she promised to provide. unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. In 13 months we have been with her I have been told on 3 separate occasions that Dr. Could not see my daughter same day or even the next day- she was "just too busy". We were told on those 3 occasions to take our daughter to immediate care instead. I was promised same day sick visit, which I understand can not always happen, but when I call on a Thursday for my 10 month old to be seen due to suspected ear infection (which turned out to be true) I don't think it's within the best interest for the baby to be pushed back to the following Tuesday- 5 days later! And be told to go the urgent care if her symptoms worsen over the weekend. This is just 1 example of unacceptable care my daughter was provided with by Dr. Hall and I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone.

I have been bringing my 5 kids...yes 5 children to Dr. Hall for many years. You will not find a better pediatrician. She is caring, playful and compassionate with my younger children and connects with my older children, always challenging them to be the best version of themselves they can be. She cares for each child as a whole, mind, body, spirit. Her knowledge base is extensive, and often double books herself to get my kids in to be seen when they are sick. I highly recommend her.

Every time we have been in this office, we have had bad luck. The front office staff was SO rude. Every time I've called with a question it has taken so long to get back to us. I get that they get busy but it was just about 48 hours when I heard back from them when I called stating "my son has an ear infection." The front office would not schedule me until I spoke with the nurse to confirm that he needed to be seen... which is understandable to an extent. I called back twice within the 48 hours and they said they can not bother the doctor. Needless to say before it was even 12 hours, I had him in another office getting checked out and treated. Thank goodness it was only an ear infection, but still shouldn't be INGORED for close to 48 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Will be switching offices to be promised my son is under good care.

As a first time mom, I really like her. She answers emails quickly and answers any question happily.

We've been going to Doctor Hall for our children's pediatrician for about three years now. She has been fantastic in helping us understand fully what is going on with our children when they are sick. When my son was 8 months old, he got very sick on a vacation. The doctor we saw put my son on a medication that made him worse. When we showed it to Doctor Hall she told us he was allergic to the medication, exactly how much Benadryl to give him to help with the hives and then thoroughly helped us for the next couple hours work on getting him better enough to get well at home instead of in the hospital. She and her nursing staff are amazing and great with kids. We recommend her to everyone.
