I love her he is the bets dr I have ever seen pleas come back to Nashville

Received poor care. I was telling her about all the signs and symptoms I was having in my pregnancy. She brushed them off as they were normal. Did not do proper test to explain my concerns. None of them was normal. Ended up going into pre-term labor. Spent two weeks in the hospital on bed rest. While in the hospital I had to tell them the things to do as far as doing a urine test because I knew my body and knew when something wasn’t right. Everything was done careless at the last minute and I ended up losing my child at 23 weeks and 4 days. While in pain and having to push my baby out I had the nurses call her directly and asked if she could come in. She wanted me to sit until the next morning to decided if I was going to have a c-section or what to get the baby out. I ended up pushing the baby out within hours of talking to her on my own with no medicine with the two nurses. She had the nerve to come the next day and expression her sympathy and pat me on the leg. She’s cool. But I do… not need you to be cool when it’s about my health and trying to keep my baby in and be healthy! I still have so many unanswered questions. And so much anger. But this is all truth. She’s no longer at the facility in Nashville. This review is for future reference for wherever she’s now practicing.

Dr Hayslett is very caring and respectful of your personal needs and your time. I thought she was very attentive to the questions that I asked and all my concerns and I would recommend her to any and every woman is looking for a physician.

Bad place to go. Nurses are rude.

AN INCREDIBLE YOUNG DOCTOR

I am going to make this as short as possible When my wife and I were seeing â??Doctorâ?? Kendra Hayslett for our first pregnancy, and every time we would ask about my wife or the baby, she would say â??donâ??t worry everything is okâ?? then if I try to ask another question she would say â??everything is ok, everything is okâ?? then she would leave us and walk out the room, later onâ?¦our baby girl was due on 11-27-14 on thanks giving day our appointment was 11-26-14 one day before the due date we asked Dr. Hayslett if we were going to get admitted to the hospital or what do we do at this time, she said â??noâ?? wait two more weeks I was surprised  why two weeks? Then I asked her what happens after the two weeks if no water breaks what do we do she said we might wait another week after that. Then my wife said can we do a C- Section now, or tomorrow, Dr. Hayslett said â??no we will waitâ??. My wife said why not I want a C- Section, Dr. Hayslett again said no just wait and then walked… out of the room. Our next appointment was 12- 09-14 when we were in the waiting room and we felt our baby Natalie move to the right side in my wifeâ??s womb we were very happy.  Later when we went inside and the nurse was checking for the babyâ??s heat rate we did not find a heart rate, then they took us in the other room for a Sonogram the nurses were saying that this is our 41 week we repeatedly said no! you know that this is week 42 and found that my baby is with God, Dr. Kendra stared at us and said do you know what this means?  We were very shocked at what was going on, and then I yelled at her and said what are we going to do? I still could not believe that this is true. Dr. Hayslett told us to go to the main hospital over the cross walk to the 3rd floor I told her is there a wheel chair for my pregnant wife Dr.Hayslett said no just go now. I guess that they did not want to make a seen in front of the other patients. So we both ran to the other side and we got to a reception the lady that was working there was helping another patient I keeped asking her where do we go please tell me she kept saying â??just wait when I finish then I will help you, and I will need you insurance information firstâ?? the other patent cried and said â??please help them first Iâ??m ok they need the help, then she looked at us and said god be with youâ??. Then the reception finally started to help us. Later on they still did not did not deliver the baby the same day, they waited to the next day 12-10-14 to deliver the baby, Dr. Hayslett was trying to deliver the baby but then stopped and  she called in two other doctors and seven nurses in to the room. It was ridicules what they did to my wife and baby. After we got discharged the next day my wife was in the emergency room. And we barred our Baby angel Natalie on 12-15-14  (my angel was 8 pounds and 23â?? long) R.I.P. I pray that no one went or goes through what we went through.Â

I went to see Dr Hayslett for an annual exam. I asked about additional testing while I was there. I'm on a high deductible plan, so I asked about pricing of the tests. I was told that it would be billed as part of my annual exam and shouldn't worry about it. Fast forward to today, 2 weeks later, I get my paper work from my insurance stating that I have a personal obligation of almost $500. I called Dr Hayslett's office and had the phone passed 4 times and was finally hung up on. No one there cared about my situation. I feel that I was lied to by the Dr. I should not leave a Dr's office and feel that I was lied to. I bring my issues and problems to them in hopes of getting an answer. Today on the phone I was told she didn't know the costs of test, so I suggested she learn so that she can inform her so called patients when they asked. I was told by her staff that "No she should not." At my job if I don't know the answer the correct answer is "hold on let me go find out." Also if I was to… hang up on a customer, especially an upset one, I would be written up or fired. This is poor customer service. I arrived exactly on time for my appointment, and I FINALLY saw the dr an hour and a half later. When I finally saw her I was trying to discuss family medical history with her since this my first time in her office, she seemed uninterested. She also seemed to little time for any questions that I might have which is a HUGE difference from my previous doctor. I saw SEVERAL patients come and go in the time that was waiting for my turn. It was like they were being herded. I should have seen these things as a sign, why should I be surprised at how this situation was handled. This whole problem could have been solved before it started if I was given a price range for the testing if the insurance didn't cover it. I would have told them not to worry about it I would come back. But no, It's not the doctor's responsibility to know that kind of information to inform her "patients." If you want to be treated like a number and not a human, go for it, go see Dr. Hayslett. If you want someone who cares and will sit down and give you the time of day, i can tell you 110% that there is one in Nashville keep looking. If only she accepted my new insurance.
