Dr. Kendra Covington Pratt

Everyone knows me by name and I am so happy with the progress of my treatment. Dr Pratt is very thorough and she does all of the work on me instead of the assistants.

My child is apprehensive about dental procedures and Dr. Pratt has made her feel comfortable and takes the time needed to explain the procedures so she isn't afraid. Her staff is very kind and the office is comfortable and always smells nice.

We are more than pleased with the beautiful smile Dr. Pratt created for our daughter. She has compliments every day on how beautiful her teeth are. Her staff have been wonderful and the office very clean at all of our checkups.

My daughter has been out of braces for 4 years and her smile is absolutely beautiful still. My son is in treatment currently and Dr. Pratt really takes the time to see him and explain his progress to me.

We visited another orthodontist who wanted to treat my child with two phases of braces. We went to Dr. Pratt for a second opinion and she treated my child with only one phase and saved us thousands of dollars, not to mention the time we saved not missing work and school. Her staff are very kind and my child's teeth are beautiful.

We are currently in treatment with our fourth daughter. The staff is great at making appointments available, since all four of them are in sports, that isn't an easy task. Dr. Pratt really cares about her patients and is very professional. We always highly recommend them!

Great location, Dr. Pratt always works on my children. When I grew up, I barely even saw my orthodontist. She lets the parents go back to the adjustments and my children actually enjoy going to their appointments. My older daughter recently got her braces removed and everyone comments how perfect her teeth look! We are more than happy with this practice!

Extremely poor communication skills with the patients and their parents. They consider the initial consent a "blank check" for doing whatever they wish to your child without your knowledge or consent. They over-corrected my daughter's teeth which resulted in having to undo what they had done which meant having her braces for a longer period of time. They attempted to keep her braces on for 8 extra weeks not because of any medical reason but because Dr. Pratt did not have any opening in her schedule. When it came to "retainers" they placed PERMANENT wires on my daughter's lower teeth without my knowledge or consent. As for her upper teeth they never told her what she was going to have. She celebrated removal of her braces and was expecting to get clear retainers because her friends had gotten clear retainers. That is the degree of lack of communication I am talking about. To her dismay, she got a retainer with wires for the top teeth. You can only imagine how she felt after celebrating… being rid of wires after being overdue for taking them off. If I had to do it again, I would never choose Dr. Pratt and I would not recommend her to anyone. In fact I am reporting her to Texas State Board of Medical Examiners. Even touching a patient without proper consent is consider an assault let aside placing PERMANENT braces in their teeth without consent of their parents or legal guardian. Even a first year medical student knows this.

Dr. Pratt has straightened my family's teeth and successfully corrected a huge overbite in my son. Her staff are amazing and caring and work hard to accommodate our busy schedules. My children actually enjoy going to their appointments.

My ten-year-old and I both needed appointments for different orthodontic needs. Not only was the office able to schedule us the same week, but before school and with back-to-back appointments. Treatment plan options for both of us were completed at that visit and a return visit was scheduled the same week. They didn't miss a thing. Fabulous service, fabulous staff. We are very pleased to have found Terramont Orthodontics and Dr. Pratt.
