Kendra Foisie Rice is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) seeing clients virtually throughout all of Texas and Washington state. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas where she graduated with honors. She also holds a postgraduate certificate in Professional Applications of the Expressive and Creative Arts from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island. Kendra has pursued advanced trainings to become a certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician (PMH-C) as well as a Certified Digital Health and Wellness Professional (CDHPW).
