My mother has been working with her for a few years and still doesn’t have a pair of teeth that fit well. She took all her money and didn’t give her a useful product.

After temporarily loosing one's smile in Paris, getting it back expidiously stateside is priceless!! Dr Schaeffer and her entire staff are very gifted professionals. Having an onsite Lab, with very talented staff, is a real bonus!!!

Dr. Schaefer gave me a new smile! She is kind, caring and does amazing work. The whole office is fun but calming and full of talent. Love the staff and my whole experience. Highly recommend!

Not open to what I wanted for my upcoming work. Had her mind made up about what she wanted to do and there was no discussing it. When I tried to discuss my treatment plan she rushed through it and didn't listen to any of my concerns. She's got a lot to learn about how to treat her patients!

Dr. Schaefer and her team far exceeded my expectations and made sure I was completely satisfied with the end result! I can not recommend Dr. Schaefer and her team highly enough! They were the best! They were all so thoughtful, understanding, friendly, professional and really listened to my concerns about having to have a full upper denture. It was easy to get appointments and any issue with comfort was promptly attended to. Outstanding!

HAD ONGOING PROBLEMS WITH IMPLANTS NOT CONNECTING IN PLACE. WENT BACK SEVERAL TIMES. WROTE A LETTER AND ASKED FOR HER HELP IN FIXING THE PROBLEM -- NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. RESULTED IN NEEDING SURGERY. NOW BEING ASKED TO PAY $8,500 -- 4,500 TO GET THE IMPLANTS TO STAY IN PLACE. NIGHTMARE - STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS UP

I want to give a bit of my experience with Dr. Kendra Schaefer at Prosthodontics of Madison because I believe if you feel hopeless, she can help. From the first time I met Dr. Schaefer, I was comfortable. I am a relatively young person, in my early forties, to be dealing with dental implants and dentures. I have always had teeth issues, but getting into my thirties things began to really accelerate. I had a large amount of bone loss due to other health issues and it seemed as thought one thing after another was causing problems. I was told my only option was full dentures. That scared me a bit but when I met Dr. Schaefer she took the time to listen to my story and told me we would make a plan that would work for me. I was really struggling in many ways. Just to eat, just to feel comfortable around others, just to deal with the pain. She saw me cry on many occasions but unlike many Doctors I have seen before, she had compassion. She went to great lengths to work with me to… get to the solution. She is a perfectionist and works above and beyond to get things just right. I am so happy to say that today I have no pain, I am comfortable around others and I can eat normally. It truly has been life changing. I can't tell you how it feels when people say "You have the best smile." I feel an enormous amount of gratitude to Dr. Schaefer and her exceptional staff. They are truly amazing. I feel so fortunate to have found her. They are one big caring and happy family at Prosthodontics of Madison and I feel apart of it. Thank you so much Dr. Schaefer!!!
