Dr. Kenesha Hilda Kirkland, MD

Last visit, I was kept waiting at 30 minutes before doctor came into room. Though women sat in open space outside room I was in, no one was kind to check on me while I had to wait. I opened door to inquire if I'd been forgotten and was lectured for that inquiry by doctor when she came into room. I was further lectured about bringing in hard copy of scan report I'd said I would bring: I'd asked for a current scan in earlier in year wellness visit, but doctor couldn't find any record of such scans. I should have, at least, received an apology for having to wait so long after appointment time without being checked on and reassured. Also, I deserved apology for being lectured about bringing in paperwork I had said I would bring in when doctor didn't find applicable records. Instead undeserved lectures stood. Every decent person should be treated in considerate way, even patients. Thank you.

I had to find a new doctor as i was very unhappy with his professionalism and lack of caring and his entire pratice. Left his practice and I switched Dr. Kirkland - best move I have ever made; she is outstanding! She listens, is very caring and truly wants to help you feel better. I have recommended her to many of my friends and several of my co-workers. She is wonderful - I feel very lucky to have found her! Everyone in the practice is nice and very professional.
