Extremely disrespectful male doctor/owner. Does not care about people and only cares about the money. These people should not be in business. They clearly have no idea how to treat others with respect and only take advantage of people when they get the chance. Stay away from these people. There are plenty of real doctors out there that will treat you with the respect you deserve. Horrible place.

I waited here over two hours for an appointment and ended up leaving. The people at the front desk were extremely rude and made you feel uncomfortable.

We had a 9 AM scheduled appointment. Her secretary was an hour late and she was about two hours late. Afterwards, she started calling people who had just gotten there, not respecting the wait time.

Unfortunately, I do not have many choices to take my child to so I am left coming here. Everytime we have an appointment we end up waiting an hour or more for a 5-10 minute sit down where she asks my daughter how she is doing and then hands me another prescription. She never asks about any possible side effects or trouble she is having. Not very professional, just out to collect $.

I love dr Castro she is the best doctor I have ever seen. She genuinely cares and knows what she is doing

You will wait a good 3 hours AT LEAST

Wait times are extremely long. Expect over an hour wait to be seen.. Staff are not very courteous. I don't have many options for my child otherwise :-(

Everytime I have taken my daughter for an appointment, we've waited well over an hour and a half. Dr. Castro doesn't spend much time asking questions, just writes scripts. Wish I could find another Dr. that was nearby.
