Kenji Takano, MD, FAAFP, CPE

Kenji Takano, MD, FAAFP, CPE, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained family physician who provides comprehensive primary care for individuals and families, including veterans and military families. He views medicine as a calling and is dedicated to improving the lives of those who entrust him with their care.Dr. Takano works collaboratively with patients to help them achieve their health goals, drawing on his experience and clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, personalized care while building lasting relationships founded on shared decision-making.A Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Dr. Takano is also a Certified Physician Executive (CPE) of the American Association for Physician Leadership and a member of the Society of United States Air Force Flight Surgeons. He served 21 years on active duty in the United States Air Force before retiring in 2025.Outside of medicine, Dr. Takano enjoys fitness, history, art, cooking and home improvement projects.
