Kenneth Roy Ackerman, MD

Dr. Ackerman is very thorough and takes the time to discuss any questions. His appointment schedule is very accommodating and everyone in our family of age see's him for all of our medical needs. He also treats us with respect and answers questions in lay person terms so that we can understand what is happening. We have been seeing him for over 15 years

They always over book. I’ve been a patient for over ten years and as always waited over an hour. I gave my complaint to nurse physician. Kenneth Ackerman said there are over 600000 physicians in the country you can find another one. And he always gives you meds over the phone. So goes to show you that he doesn’t want to see you just wants to make that money by over booking

He just does not care. My wife and I I both stopped going to him and never looked back. There are many better doctors out there. Don’t settle. This clown is a joke who is more concerned about his personal life than treating his patients.

This doctor has poor bedside manner as he is very sarcastic. I needed medication and he kept prescribing medications that needed approval but never followed up to get approval-I was left in pain for months- he does not answer emails either-after this happened twice I am done with him.

This is one of the worst doctors in ProHEALTH. He does not return calls for lab results and information. He keeps you ill by not letting you know what's wrong with you to begin with. Seek medical help elsewhere.

Dr. Ackerman takes tge thime to explain what is going on, medications & plans of care. He excels in the highest patient of care. He truly is the best physician!

I have been Dr. Ackerman's patient for several years and I believe there is never a reason to yell at a patient - imply that she is stupid and disregard her need for care. How his wife "emerged" when I tried to secure an appointment is beyond me. Does she work at Pro Health? I tried to secure an appointment and was rudely hung up on, only to be told by the doctor himself and I quote, "That was my wife!" indicating in his voice his annoyance with me. This is really too much to deal with when I have lump in my neck. Seeking another physician, hope you do the same.

Dr. Ackeman is a great internist. I've not experienced some of the things people complained about. It is a busy office and I know they work hard to stay on time for the patients. He is a wonderful physician and I would give him a try.

An excellent doctor......always professional and obviously very proficient. I highly recommend him.
