Very caring and professional office, hygienist is great, front desk is friendly and Dr is caring.

When I went to Dr. Allen, I found him to be friendly and funny, plus he was gentle. That being said, he did 2 crowns for me in the time I saw him and neither crown lasted more than a few years. The margins on the crowns were poorly done and they lasted a 1/4 of the time that other crowns in my mouth have. In fact, he was very critical of Comfort Dental, but the crown they did for me has outlasted his by 5 years and still going. The margins on one of dr Allen's crowns were so bad that the tooth underneath rotted and I had to get an implant. Once, when seeing him, his assistant made a temp crown incorrectly and I had to drive the 15 miles back to his office to have it redone that same day. I thought he might compensate me for that, but he did not so much as apologize. The big warning here is do not let this dentist do your crowns!
