Dr. Kenneth Aquilino, MD

All the doctors that I have seen here I have possitive things to say about. Dr aquilino was my primary that I absouluty adored and took great care of my health for all the years I saw him. While he was on vacation I had to go and see and different doctor at there sister practice in chicopee that knew nothing about my health and treated me so horrible I left the building crying. His name is dr dicky. What a terrible expirenece I had and was in urgent need for help and treatment and was told by him to go and see my obgyn for back pain in which turned out so serious I soon after that visit needed back surgery which I had no choice to. I was let go while dr aquilino was on vacation and told I can't go back to see him yet alone even speak to him. Idk y. No one will give me answers but probably because I complained about the way I was treated by dr dicky but who wouldn't. I was devestated as dr aquilino pretty much took care of me for many years and I trusted him with pretty much my life… since he took care of many health issues I have to just be left with no one. No doctor and no one from there practice to care. The office manager was the one that said I couldn't go there any more but wouldn't tell me y and wouldn't let me speak to my doctor to find out why. Your doctor is and should be a huge part of ones life and what happened I me I wouldn't wish on anyone. I do have another doctor now but don't feel comfortable even going for a yearly physical because of the betrayal I expireneced for no reason and I was going to see dr aquilino all the time for my health concerns and think because of what happened I really gave up caring about myself and health as much as I was so deteimed to make sure I went to my Yearly mammos, colonoscopy when due. Now I just don't trust doctors to take proper care of me after how horrible I was treated my holyoke associates in internal medicine and all staff except dr aquilino. I know I shouldn't neglect my health but until you have been through the betrayal you wouldn't understand and the as thing is is that the doctor I trusted for so many years never even tried to conavt me to explain what happened. He's a great doctor but I guess in a way a bit heartless to let a human being go through and expirenece that. It was very devastating. Like all of a sudden being homeless. That's what I think the best comparison would be.
