Dr. Kenneth Dean Archer, MD

Visited with Dr Archer for the first time , recommended by my wife . He was easy to talk and he listened to my concerns. Very helpful in an up coming surgery preparation which was a great success.

Last month alone the doctor cancelled 3 app so finally he gets in waits for an hour to be called gets his meds changed again but didn't call in the 1 script he requires so we call the pharmacy they call for the refill they were engorged so we call the doctors office now twice to be told he needs to be seen .well hello doctors office he was just there not 2 weeks ago and u want to see him again before u refill the 1 medication u forgot to refill so I told them never mind I will find a new doctor I'm not going to make u rich off me between what my medical insurance covers and my copay .I wouldn't recommend this office for even a command cold it's a joke ...

Been coming here for 10 years - up to now with this Micro managing �doctor in charge. He has to oversee everything - but doesn't look at the big picture. Save your time - unless your are just coming for a cold, don't expect long term care from him. Once he refers you out to a specialist don't bother talking or getting a follow up consult - just that plain and simple.

I sent my husband to this clinic because it was close to our house. My husband had recurring ear infections, petichia on both legs and feet and a mole that had changed shape and color. All of these things were said to be NORMAL by Dr. Archer. We then paid for my husband to see an out of network doctor because his ear was causing him so much pain and he was told he had a severe bacterial ear infection and was sent to the emergency room. He also refused to give my husband a referral to dermatology for his mole. So that is more money we will be paying out of pocket. Don't waste your time or money seeing this Doctor because everything will just be NORMAL!!!
