I’ve been going to Dr.Barngrover’s for over 10 years. over five years I am very pleased with all my injections in my lower back I’m very pleased to be told I can still walk and take care of my disabled husband and myself.

The office staff ( Cindy) was very unprofessional and totally uncaring about my situation. I called her two days in a row and she gave me the runaround both times. I simply wanted to get a consultation with Dr. Barnsgrover to discuss my pain treatments I'm receiving at another pain clinic just to get a second opinion since I'm still in a lot of pain. That wasn't going to happen. This woman was rude and not helpful at all. I asked for the doctors email or phone number to talk to him about the situation. She wouldn't give me that either. I'm sure the doctor is totally unaware of just how badly this woman treats people on the phone. I can't possibly imagine a professional physician allowing someone like this to converse with patients in any manner. I will find a way to contact him even if I have to send him a letter at his house.

It sounds like Dr. Barngrover is a fine physician with very good ratings - Unfortunately, I only had the opportunity to speak with Cindy in his office. She could have nicely explained that they do not accept patients from Assisted Living Facilities...but she didn't. After reading other reviews for Dr. Barngrover, it appears that she is the weak link in the office chain as others experiences seem to mirror mine. It's unfortunate that a staff member with a poor attitude and unprofessional demeanor is the only representation that I have of Dr. Bargrover's practice...

My personal physician refered me to Dr Barngrover. I have been his patient for about 6 years. About 3 years ago he did an epidural in his office on my lower back. I truly don't know how I would have survived without him. It is such a relief to know he is my doctor. I am so sorry for the bad publicity he is such a good person....MC

He gave a an epidural in his office. I don't think I could have survived the pain if not for his assistance. I am so sorry for the bad reviews.........
