I can hardly express my pleasure and gratitude for my incredible experience with Dr. Berger and his colleagues and staff. After a LIFETIME of dental pain and discomfort , 30 years through countless insurances and hundreds of thousands of dollars, my expectations were low when I found an ad in the PrimeTime. I immediately knew this was going to be a very new experience. The kindness and compassion of Dr. Berger, Dr. Lee, and Dr. Mayer during the initial exam was as refreshing as it was surprising. On the spot a brainstorming of ideas took place, and the enthusiasm and sense of urgency to ease MY pain and discomfort was obvious. When it came time to discuss finances, several options were presented and NONE of the options compromised the level of quality care I would receive. Dr. Berger carefully negotiated a COMPLETE quote. Not an estimate that would continue to grow! Unpredictable conditions were discussed as well, and estimated possible additions were discussed up front. I knew what I… was getting. Dr. Berger was also able to help me get interest free financing with low monthly payments to further alleviate the stress of financial burden. Throughout my entire experience, appointments were always made convenient. The administrative office staff go beyond the call of duty to assist in scheduling, confirming, and accommodating every need including even your parking! I have never once been made to wait unreasonable amounts of time for my appointment to begin. Not only is this office run efficiently, the staff are so friendly, I have formed LASTING relationships that have extended beyond the office! I was never rushed through an appointment either. My concerns were always addressed as if I were the most important patient. For the first time in my extensive dental experience, a knowledgeable TEAM of professionals assessed and addressed my ENTIRE condition, formulated a plan of attack, and FOLLOWED THROUGH! Aside from his apparent expertise,Dr. Lee is a Master Artist when it comes to recreating a natural looking smile. He has a knack for listening and understanding what you want aesthetically and goes above and beyond to achieve both form and function. Dr. Mayer is empathetic and caring. He is aware of the pain some of the more difficult procedures he performs can cause and is extremely diligent to prevent as much discomfort as possible. He also has the most gentle approach I have ever experienced. The entire staff of assistants to these dentists are professional, knowledgeable, personable and have a camaraderie with each other and their dentists that they seem to read each other's minds. It is extremely rare to see a group of people who work so well together. Within 3 weeks of my first appointment, for the first time since I was 5 years old, I was out of pain. Within 6 appointments I had teeth that I was no longer embarrassed to open my mouth in public, which is something I haven't had since I was a teenager. Not only is Dr. Berger's approach to patient care unique, his kindness, compassion and human decency are unparalleled. The incredible result of all the work these wonderful people have done for me has BY FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. My smile is beautiful. My mouth is so comfortable, I sometimes forget that these aren't my natural teeth, and if I didn't tell you, you would never know they weren't my own teeth. Words cannot express how much this experience has changed my life for the better. I recommend them highly for all your dental needs.
