Dr. Kenneth Alan Berger, MD

We have seen Dr. Berger several times and he is very conscientious and thorough. He explained everything very well and answered all our questions. We feel confident with his diagnosis and will see him again.

Great Dr Very insightful and listens.

Very unintelligent staff. Dr. Berger is knowledgeable, but is also a very poor listener. He comes in, says what he wants to say, then leaves without another word. Sometimes I don't even know if he is done or coming back...

Great doctor who understands my needs.

I have had nothing but a great experience with the staff. So I don't agree that the staff suck!! They do care and are very kind people. I give the office a 5 star. I feel so welcomed and cared for by the staff.

Dr. Berger is a great doctor. He knows what he is doing. But he office staff and nursing staff suck. It takes forever to get something you need after having to call ten million times. They don't care about the patients, only that they have a job to go to every day. They blame the patients cause we didn't get everything we needed at the time off visit. Is there a office manager there? And does anyone hold them accountable for anything. You would think that working in the medical field you would actually care about someone other than yourself. Where is the compasion. I think they need a office staff face lift. I would recommend Dr. Berger but not his current office staff.

Dr. Berger fails to recontact pharmacists to fill prescriptions. Staff is incredibly rude. Have worked with, and been a patient of many physicians. Unfortunately I can NOT recommend Dr. Berger to anyone.
