Dr. Kenneth C Bingener, DO

Issue is not with the medical staff, the issue is with the office staff. I had an appointment. I presented 10 minutes prior to my appointment time and was told that they do not accept Cerner insurance. I explained that I had called their billing office and was told that they do. As a result, I was told that after 20 years, they were unable to see me because they did not accept my insurance. I requested that they call the billing office themselves. I was later told that the billing office told them that they do accept my insurance. But that they had conflicting information. I checked the provider list for my insurance and Dr Kenneth Bingener was listed as a provider. Cerner employees be aware, this is not the doctor for you. I was told to go to an Urgi-Center until they get this straightened out. There are to many physicians in the Boyertown/Pottstown area that have better trained/educated office staff that won't turn you away in your time of need.
