Dr. Kenneth Lee Caccavale

This doctor called me out of the blue, abruptly to notify me he was taking over my doctor's patients. He didn't even ask how I was doing, but rather started the conversation by asking me the following questions: Are you of hispanic descent? Were you born in this country? How long have you been in this country? Are you a citizen? Being that he was supposedly taking over my chart, he had that information readily available to him. He didn't bother asking me how I was doing, didn't give me the chance to tell him both of my grandparents passed away a few weeks ago, kept cutting me off, asked me if I had any "traumas", but didn't let me answer because he cut me off. I asked for a higher dosage of a medication I've been on for YEARS, instead he decreased it because I was "wrong" and "he's the doctor". He then DICTATED when and at what time my next phone call with him would be. I will never be speaking to this person again in my life. Had I been suicidal, I would've jumped off a building… after such a horrible, heartless, condescending conversation. The clinic called me to confirm my appointment and told me they've had several complaints of the same nature from other patients. May God forgive him.

No nonsense doctor. Won't waste your time. Will tell it like it is.
