Dr. Kenneth Kinman Chan, MD

Like other patients, I found Dr. Chan to be less than helpful. He only seeks to find ways to support his preconceived idea of how to treat you without listening to your point of view. He is very impatient and pompous. He should practice listening skills and become a better caregiver. I cannot recommend Dr. Chan.

Completely unhelpful with mental health needs. Was demeaning. Never made proper referrals. Much needed help not received. Left feeling even worse. Should not be working as a primary care physician.

This cannot be same doctor as in previous review. Initial appointment went ok. Subsequent appointments, not. Doctor talks over top of you, cannot complete explanation of issue. He was dismissive. Sorry if he was having a bad day (or days). Definitely needs to review patient-Doctor communication skills, how to care for his patients, and not talk about his own health experiences compared to the patients. That tends to minimize/dismiss the patient!!
