I was taken to Miami Valley Hospital for a bad fall. After seeing er doctor and getting my diagnosis, broken finger and broken nose, with head contusion. I was given pain meds , then Dr Christman shows up out of nowhere and asks what insurance I have. “Well I’m out of their network”. He was in my exam rigor 8 minutes. No treatment given. 2 days later I got a bill for $750. He should have excused himself from my care when told I didn’t have insurance he accepted. Very in professional to me. Money hungry. Very upset that the Valley lets people like him practice there. I won’t go there again.

Patient never requested his services. He visited Patient in the Post Surgery Recovery Room on his own to provide his business card and now bills the patient $750 for no Services provided.

It was not an easy decision to make to get a tummy tuck. I had my children, a set of twins, always struggled with weight. When I saw his site, I just had a feeling I should use him. FYI he was the most expensive of the three I met. But...he was the best and I knew it. He may not have a fancy office, or the best bedside manner, but he took his time with me. He is a surgical perfectionist and absolutely worth the extra. He spent an extra 2 hours on unplanned time on me to get to right. The incisions is clean and clear and meticulous and being plus sized, the results are amazing. In post op appointments I got to see a different side of him as well. His humor and amazing kindness and care when I passed out in his office. He is a honest, kind, caring, amazing surgeon and I honestly believe going to anyone else is a mistake. Dr Christmas is not just a great surgeon but a good man and patient man. And that will affect your surgery as well.

I agree, bedside manner isn't just poor...it's missing. About as personable as an old shoe....HOWEVER....his work is amazing. Reconstructed my sons ear...about 5 years ago after an accident. Today, he doesn't even have a scar. I wouldn't invite the man to my party, but I would let him work on my child again.
