Dr. Kenneth Lyle Crump, MD

To say this man is just abrasive, is forgetting that his practice as a "doctor" is downright pathetic. "Dr."Crump is only concerned with getting your money. Half my appointment was him trying to argue my bill, in a very condescending manner. He immediately went into defensive mode the second I questioned why he wanted to bill me more than my co-pay. I informed him 3 different times I had insurance, but the apathy this man portrayed throughout the entire appointment made it clear he wasn't paying attention to anything I was saying. From the beginning, when I was trying to explain my diagnoses, PTSD, he immediately belittled my disorder, and experience with trauma by juxtaposing it to man that "watched his friends die in war." Making it clear that he didn't think it was a big deal that I was abused as a kid. All this after a wait time of TWO HOURS. Not only did this sorry excuse for a human, let alone a doctor, not help me with me my inquiries for medication for ptsd, but I… left dissociated, having a full blown flash back. His indifference to child abuse left me seriously concerned for the morals of this crooked criminal. Everyday this "doctor" is left freely to practice his con, is a violation to each, and every vulnerable patient out there seeking help. If you want to be talked down to, belittled, get literally no help, then go to this guy. But seriously, please, PLEASE don't consider Lake View for your medical needs. Also Kenneth is just a creep, that doesn't seem to understand personal space. This guy sat up so close to me I could smell his breath. Makes me shudder to recall.

I have been a patient of Dr. Crump for several years. I am glad I found him. He is always willing to listen to you, and takes whatever time is necessary. His office is never crowded with long wait times like many other Doctors. In short Dr. Crump is an awesome family care physician. Highly recommend.

Dr crump is the BEST! I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor! He has not only saved my life, he’s saved my marriage. I have never had a doctor listen and understand better than him! I would give him more stars if I could. My doctor for life! ??

Dr. Crump is so good to listen and answer all my questions. He is the best doctor I have ever been to. His office doesn't smell like a doctor's office, and that is a good thing. The staff is really friendly and do a good job.

Dr. Crump is a horrible doctor. He doesn't wash his hands in between patients. He only likes to use one glove when doing procedures. He's rude to his staff. He will talk behind patients back after he's done seeing him. He'll be rude and inconsiderate. He likes patients to have to keep coming back because then he can make more money for pointless reason. He likes to put patient on all kinds of medication and makes you come in every three months to check them. What if you go to any other doctor every six months to a year. He doesn't do that please all about getting me to come back and spend more money. He's all about money he truly doesn't care for his patients. He's not humble he thinks he's wonderful when he's not. He gets patients addicted to drugs all the time. He doesn't like to solve the problem he likes to mess the problem with more medication. He's very inconsiderate will show up late to work to make patients wait longer. It takes a long lunch break and doesn't come back… sooner even know his stuff it's repeatedly called him and told him he's got three patients waiting he still will be late. It's all about him and no one else. He's a crook he's dishonest with his staff and with his patients. He doesn't chart patients notes until weeks after they've left and then he has the note incorrect on medication and everything. He is not a good doctor and I'm just waiting for the day that he loses his license and can't practice anymore

Easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable about my condition. He asked me some very good questions to find out what was going on and got me on a great treatment plan!

I absolutely love Dr Crump and his staff, the office is always so clean, I would recommend Dr. Crumps office to anyone. Wonderful! I always have a positive experience
