Scam is the best way to describe this practice. Went there for lower back pain and they took x-rays not only of my lower back but also my neck, mid back and even both hips. They never even charged me or my insurance for the x-rays. They then proceeded to try to sell me a very large care plan that included up front insurance co-pays, trigger point shots, laser treatment and finally chiropractic adjustments for the ridiculous cost of $7500.00. To say the least, I walked out with a flat no way. I have since talked to my Health Insurance Provider about how Infinite Wellness wrote up a payment plan that included upfront co-pay fees, and they stated that was possibly fraudulent! My new doctor stated that it looks like this company is using all those un-needed x-rays as selling points to pressure potential new patients into signing large contracts. My new doctor also stated that it was not allowed by South Carolina to take x-rays willy nilly without pay.
