Dr. Kenneth Michael Demarco, MD

I called to make a new patient appointment and his secretary KATHY was the worst!!!! She was a condescending power hungry gatekeeper that seems to be singlehandledly trying to close down the practice. She cuts you off right in the middle of a sentence, does not return calls and says that the first available appointment is 12 months from now. What a shame because I heard wonderful things about Dr Demarco but there is no way I would utilize his services now. I hope she improves her attitude or considers a new career!!

My family was been Patients with Dr. DeMarco since he first became an physician and took over a large practice in N. Wilmington, Our whole family is thankful that we have him as a doctor. He is caring, he listens, he give us choices for treatment of care if there is a difference of care.. and Most important to us, is he cares about his patients.. he follows thru and he is also there for sad times to and he understand. I would never choice another physician.. He is the best and so is staff.. the office runs efficiently and you never have to wait. I will praise him always. On top of all this, we have a friendship with him that has carried us thru difficult times too.. He is truly what a doctor is all about..

Very thorough and competent and always on time!

I came to the Dr. Demarco office to make an appointment, I was told from front deck that the Lady handle the appointment was not in the office today, and someone will call me back tomorrow. I did not get any call until one week later, so I called back the office and spoke to the lady, who's name Kathy, she said she will call me back next day, I waited 2 days, but Kathy did not call me, then I must called her again, this time, she told me she will ask the Dr. then call me back, and she called me back, she told me I have to talk with my insurance first. I call my Ins., the Ins told me, Dr. Demarco is in the Ins' network, and my Ins' plan is ppo,, no paper work is required, I called back and spoke to Kathy again, then she gave me a stung answered "Oh, Dr. won't accept new patient now". I feel very bad for myself, and unfortunately to get someone has no merciful and compassionate in this healthcare office.

I am very impressed by how thorough he is and quick to accurately diagnose problems. I came to him after my former doctor retired and I am very happy I found him.

Dr Demarco is prompt which I like but yes, you had better be on time also. Hits the mark on all issues as he takes the time to listen and assess the issue properly. Has not been wrong yet on any diagnosis even though i thought it was something else. Gets 5 stars as a doctor, would not go anywhere else.

I was told that I was 5 min late so he didn't have time to talk to me !!! this is only one of many instances I've had. I would never even recommend him to ANY ONE NOT EVEN THE DEAD

Dr. DeMarco not only takes the time to listen to you, and assesses you thoroughly, but he isn't overzealous with treatment. I like that very much. He also has been great with fitting me in to see him when I've been very sick or need something quick.
