Dr. Kenneth R Devault, MD

This doctor was SUCH a disappointment! Was referred to Mayo Clinic and chose Devault because he had 5 stars? Mistake! After 15 years of tests and issues, sent all the test results to his office, had a video conference and took several calls to reach back out to him. He responded with 2 sentences just verifying what we talked about and telling me about my past results -- which I already knew and did not offer any solutions and seemed very uninterested... don't waste your time. Huge disappointment for me in the Mayo Clinic as a whole.

Found Dr. DeVault to be very professional & had a good bedside manner while we spoke. I feel he really is on track with his finding with my problem. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you, Dr. DeVault!

The worse doctor. Thought he was smart but was short and showed lack of compasion. How can he be a Mayo doctor? Please

I am still waiting for my follow up but I felt I was treated wit total professionalism and empathy the entire time I was there.

He was short with me and would leave the room and not come back to tell me what was going on next. Rude and inconsiderate. I was asked to come in early from out of town, did so, and then treated very rudely. He voiced his frustration with not getting the holiday off that was coming up that Friday. Slightly unprofessional.
