I called to express a concern for my dad and the receptionist was extremely rude to me. Am going to recommend my father find a new doctor

He is always so knowledgeable when I have questions for him. I work for a doctors office and have more faith in him than any of the ones I work for! He gets back to you with test results himself (never a nurse) and is a very caring and considerate doctor. Would recommend him to anyone (and do!).

I called about an ear infection and said I needed appointment asap and they said come in today! Love this guy! He's knowledgeable and does great work!

My first physical with this doctor, he never got within 2 feet of me. He never checked any vitals, just asked me how I felt and sent me on my way. Since then he's been extremely rude over the phone, belittled me, and has been too lazy to investigate any medical problems. I've had chronic back pain for years and he was so lazy instead of asking questions and trying to solve the problem, he accused me of lying or imagining the pain. Thank god an MRI found the cyst in my back. He is inconsiderate, lazy and rude and I am looking for a new PCP asap!

I've been a patient of Dr. Durrwachter's for over 10 years. Although I'm generally healthy, he has recommended and referred me for tests as needed. I feel confident that he is competent and trust him with my health care.

This is a man who shouldn't be allowed to treat a dead dog. On a Tuesday I called his office with a very severe reaction to a new medication. He blew me off, saying he couldn't see me till Friday. I went to the emergency room and after treatment was told I wouldn't have made it another 24 hours without treatment. Wednesday he was no longer my doctor.
