Dr. Kenneth E Fleisher, DDS

I've been dealing with pain in my maxilla for many years. He was highly recommended by an OMS at Penn & I was very hopeful. Docs tell me they "see nothing" yet in 2020 two surgeries revealed osteomyelitis. Pain returned & after 3 more years of "we see nothing" a blood test showed I have TB. Pain management & learning to live with the pain is not the answer. I've lived with this for many years, and have felt the disease progression, yet every doctor is dismissive of my symptoms. Misdiagnosis of chronic infection is a real thing & very frightening. I saw him in 2022. He was dismissive of my symptoms & arrogant. "Who is the doctor, you or me?" He may be the doctor, but I've lived with this for years, and as I forge forward, discoveries are made. I cannot recommend him.

Untrustworthy. A Flip-Flopper. All he does is gaslight patients. He has no business seeing diverse patients on the NYC H+ H side.

I’m a 9 year Cancer Survivor with Osteomyelitis from Xgeva. I didn’t want conventional surgery but Dr Fletcher insisted but I later found out about Dr Lehrman and had the Painless Laser Procedure and am well in the way to full recovery with no pain or sutures. I’m wrong this for all the people that think they need to have painful surgery There is an Alternative

Last year I went to Dr. Fleisher to pull out an infected dental implant. Instead of putting me out or injecting an anesthetic in the crook of my arm which is what is done today for such procedures according to oral surgeons I've spoken to since then, he kept giving me injections in my chin. The 13th one (I was counting) he accidentally injected me in the Mental Nerve, part of the Inferior Alveolar Nerve. resulting in permanent damage and terrible constant pain. I have been to many neurologists, oral surgeons, pain management doctors for two nerve blocks - didn't help -and neurosurgeons to no avail. I have finally been told that this kind of thing happens in only one in 500,000 and there is no cure or solution. There is also no pain medication (I've tried Gabapentin -no relief) Basically Dr. Fleisher has ruined my life. The pain just keeps getting worse and worse. I am absolutely at my wits end. Don't know what to do. Can't enjoy any activities including eating or drinking or social… activities. Pain is just too great.
